ABOUT
Belly Chorus is a vocal music ensemble in Brooklyn, New York, dedicated to creative interdependence.
Its meteoric first year has championed innovative programming across folk, popular, classical, and experimental traditions, launched a composer commissioning program generating twelve new works for the ensemble, and quadrupled the group’s membership over three seasons.
Belly Chorus is committed to welcoming singers of all skill levels as the ensemble grows into our next ambitious season of singing together. Information will be posted here and on our Instagram this summer about joining our Fall 2026 season.
We also host Pop-Up Singings the first rehearsal of select months, open to everyone who wants to come sing for a night. Follow us to learn more.
